MIPO charges for former Safer Roads Partnership staff - Staffordshire Police

Read information about our directed investigation into allegations which resulted in two former members of Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership being charged with misconduct in public office (MIPO) . Samantha Halden-Evans and Jonathan Hill were charged with conspiring with each other in May 2019 to commit MIPO by failing to process data so that individuals would avoid penalties for speeding offences. Ms Halden-Evans was charged with three further offences and both were due to make a first court appearance before Cannock magistrates on 2 December 2022.
