Humberside - PC Kate Elston sentencing

Read information about a directed investigation into former Humberside officer PC Kate Elston who passed information and intelligence to a member of the public during the course of her duties. The investigation which was managed by the IOPC and conducted by the force, began in September 2020 and concluded in July 2021. Today (10 June 2022) she was sentenced to six months imprisonment suspended for two years and 200 hours community service.
