Gross misconduct proven against ex-PCSO - West Midlands Police

Read information about our investigation into allegations that a former West Midlands Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) abused his position to target a shop worker by sending her inappropriate messages, including some of a sexual nature. The PCSO resigned from the force before a disciplinary hearing on 11 October 2023 when gross misconduct was proven and a panel determined that he would have been dismissed if still serving.
