Read information about our investigation into two Derbyshire Constabulary officers who have been charged with a total of 14 counts of misconduct in public office. Former PC Daniel Nash and PC Matthew Longmate will first appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on 20 September 2022.

PC Matthew Longmate was given a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for a year.
He was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and pay legal costs of £3,500.
