Complaint re former officer's conduct during Kenya deployments - Metropolitan Police Service

Read information about a managed IOPC investigation, conducted by the National Crime Agency, into allegations that a former Metropolitan Police Service officer had exceeded his remit while on deployments in connection with a murder case in Kenya. The investigation began in June 2018 and following its completion we determined in November 2021 that had the officer still been serving he would have had a case to answer for gross misconduct.
