Allegations of inappropriate relationship with vulnerable woman - North Wales

Read information here about our investigation into allegations against a PC John Kelham that he engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a woman who he met through his duties, who was a vulnerale victim of crime. Our investigation began in October 2021 after a referral from North Wales police. At a misconduct hearing in March 2023 it was decided that the former officer would have been dismissed had he not already resigned.
