Norfolk - fatal A143 collision following police pursuit

We are independently investigating the actions of police officers from Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies prior to a road traffic collision on the A143 in Norfolk on 13 August 2023.

We received a mandatory referral due to the fact that police officers were pursuing the driver of one of the vehicles shortly before it was involved in a fatal collision with another vehicle.
