Investigation outcomes reports

These reports describe the outcomes following our independent investigations. This includes decisions we made after our investigations, and the outcome of subsequent misconduct or criminal processes.

The information in the reports looks at:

• decisions we made after our investigations, such as whether to recommend an officer face a misconduct process or to refer the investigation to the Crown Prosecution Service 
• the outcome of subsequent misconduct or criminal processes (which are not determined by the IOPC)
