Allegations of excessive force during arrest in Cardiff - South Wales

The investigations into the actions of PC Rowan Knight began the following month after a complaint referral was received from the force. At a gross misconduct hearing that ended on 6 April 2023 the police disciplinary panel decided the officer should be dismissed.
