Read information here about our investigation into allegations that PC Julian John had formed an inappropriate relationship with a vulnerable woman he had met through the course of his duties. It was also alleged that he had submitted false breath tests. At a gross misconduct hearing held in March 2023 it was decided he would have been dismissed had he not already retired from the force.
