Becky Godden-Edwards murder investigation - Wiltshire Police

Read information here about our managed investigation into a a series of complaints from the mother of Becky Godden-Edwards, Mrs Karen Edwards, into Wiltshire Police's handling of their investigation between 2011-2014 into her daughter's murder. The managed investigation was carried out by the Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire Police Professional Standards Department under the IOPC’s direction and control. Christopher Halliwell was eventually convicted of her murder in September 2016.
