Altrincham Road fatal RTI - Greater Manchester Police

Read information about our investigation into the level of police involvement prior to a fatal collision in south Manchester. Sadly, 77-year old David Faulkner and 18-year-old Brandon Pryde, known as Brandon Geasley, died after the 18-year-old BMW driver was involved in a collision with a Vauxhall driven by Mr Faulkner. An inquest ended on Thursday 14 July 2022 with the Coroner determining Mr Faulkner died as a result of a road traffic collision and Mr Pryde died as a result of a road traffic collision during a police pursuit.
